Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5: Leaked Bangboo Dress-Up Mode to Become Permanent

Recent leaks suggest Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5 will introduce a permanent Bangboo dress-up game mode, initially launched as a "Bangboo Beauty Contest" event. This new mode, revealed by leaker Flying Flame, allows players to customize outfits for Eous, the game's mascot. Leaked screenshots showcase various clothing items for players to mix and match. While the mode itself will become permanent, event-specific rewards will be time-limited. This event is rumored to include a highly anticipated skin for Nicole Demara.

The upcoming Version 1.5 update, slated for January 22nd, is generating considerable buzz. Version 1.4 already delivered substantial content, including S-Rank units Hoshimi Miyabi and Asaba Harumasa (the latter being free), and two new permanent combat-focused game modes. The addition of a non-combat, dress-up mode aligns with HoYoverse's track record of incorporating diverse gameplay mechanics in their titles, similar to Honkai: Star Rail's cocktail-making and Genshin Impact's card game.

Further leaks hint at a temporary platformer game mode alongside the dress-up event.
