New Zombies Features Unleashed in Season 2 of CoD: Black Ops 6

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Season 2 introduces significant quality-of-life improvements for Zombies mode. Key updates include a highly-requested co-op pause feature, allowing players in the same party to pause the game collaboratively. This addresses a long-standing community request for better control during intense, high-round gameplay.

Further enhancing the Zombies experience is the addition of AFK Kick Loadout Recovery. Players accidentally disconnected for inactivity can now seamlessly rejoin the match with their original loadout intact, minimizing disruption to their progress.

For improved customization, separate HUD presets for Zombies and Multiplayer modes are now available. This eliminates the need to constantly readjust settings when switching between game modes.

Finally, players can now track up to 10 Calling Card and Camo Challenges per mode (Zombies and Multiplayer) for streamlined progression. A "near completion" feature highlights challenges close to being finished, ensuring players don't miss opportunities for rewards.

These enhancements, along with the new Tomb map, are part of the Season 2 update launching January 28, 2025. The update aims to provide a more refined and enjoyable experience for both veteran and new Zombies players.
