Note 1: To disable persistent notifications, use either of these methods:

1. Long-press the persistent notification, tap "All Categories" to access settings, and disable "Background Services."
2. Navigate to "Settings -> Apps -> Taiwan Weather," select "All Notifications," and turn off "Background Service."
