Tarneeb 41

Tarneeb is a card game played by two teams, each consisting of two players sitting opposite each other. The game uses a standard 52-card deck, and play proceeds counter-clockwise. The objective is for each player to estimate the number of "Allmat" (tricks) their team can win in each round.

The player who wins the bid to declare "Tarneeb" (trump suit) starts a "Bamh" (a mini-round within a round) by discarding a type of paper onto the floor. Other players must then discard papers of the same type. The player who successfully discards a matching paper wins the Bamh. If a player doesn't have a matching paper, they have the option to declare Tarneeb. Tarneeb papers are superior to other paper types; the player who throws the highest-ranking Tarneeb paper wins unless a stronger Tarneeb paper is played.

A round ends when all players have discarded their papers. Points are tallied. A team only scores points if they successfully meet or exceed their bid for the number of Allmat. If successful, they add the number of Allmat won to their score. If not, the number of Allmat they bid is subtracted from their score, and the number of Allmat won by the opposing team is added to their score.

If either team achieves 13 Allmat without bidding for 13, 16 points are added to their total score. If a team bids for and achieves 13 Allmat, 26 points are added. However, if a team bids for 13 Allmat and fails to achieve them, 16 points are deducted from their score.

The game concludes when one team reaches a total score of 41 or more, declaring them the winner.
