DAB+ Radio USB

A dedicated radio app for USB DAB+ receivers (not SDR), specifically optimized for use with car head units.

Manage your USB DAB+ receiver with a clean and user-friendly interface. Enjoy smooth slideshow functionality. Please note, station logos are not displayed. A network connection is not required for operation.

* Important: A compatible USB receiver with one of the device IDs listed at the bottom is required. The app will not function without such a receiver. *

Latest Features:

- Save the currently displayed information text to a file (append mode), then share or export that file.

Existing Features:

- Customize the color of the information text - simply touch and hold the info text area.

- Experimental support for steering wheel button controls; see details below.

Skip Next = Next Station

Skip Previous = Previous Station

Play = Next Filter (cycles through station sets: "All", "Selected Program Type", "Favourites")

This app is not intended to compete with the excellent "DAB-Z" app. It is designed for users like myself who have larger fingers or struggle with unresponsive touchscreens.

The interface is extremely simple, optimized for car displays, featuring large buttons and selection areas to compensate for potentially uncalibrated touch screens.

Optimized for 1024x600 car screens in landscape mode. If you have a different resolution and the layout appears incorrect, please post on the XDA Developers website (see link).

This application is built upon the HRadio example code by IRT GmbH (Fabian Sattler), published under the Apache License 2.0.
