Castle Doombad is back! Now available on Android as Castle Doombad: Free To Slay, this tower defense strategy game from Grumpyface Studios (publishers of hits like Steven Universe: Attack the Light and Teeny Titans) and Yodo1, returns after its 2014 debut.

Grumpyface initially planned a single remake, but split the project into two: Free To Slay for mobile, and Castle Doombad Classic for PC and Nintendo Switch (releasing later this year). Classic offers a remastered version of the original with updated content and features. A sequel, Castle Doombad 2: Muahaha!, is also in development.

This free-to-play game (with ads and optional in-app purchases) features 70 stages, daily challenges, endless modes, over 30 unlockable and upgradeable traps, and over 100 collectible items. Unlockable cosmetics, or "spoils," let you customize your Dark Lord and control room with evil artifacts and loot, further enhanced by equippable "Baddie Bonus" perks.
