This application enables assessors to document collision damage and prior damage—such as smart repairs or retail work—using both video and still images. The video can be swiftly shared via the app with insurers and vehicle owners for approval. While recording, assessors can tap the screen to tag points of interest and capture still images without pausing the video. After recording, high-resolution photos can be taken and linked directly to the same video file. Recipients receive an email or SMS with a short, mobile-friendly link to review and approve the work immediately—speeding up workflows and reducing costs. CitNOW Bodyshop accelerates approvals, boosts retail upsell opportunities, and creates a transparent condition report. Approved by major insurers including Admiral and Aviva.
