The Hand of Wisdom and Action (often shortened to HoWA) is a unique glove dropped by Xesht, We That Are One, the challenging pinnacle Breach boss. You'll find Xesht within the Twisted Domain, accessible via a Realmgate on the Atlas using a Breachstone.

The Realmgate is conveniently located near the Atlas's starting point. Simply click the home icon on the Atlas to easily locate it.

Alternatively, you can try your luck on the official Path of Exile 2 trading website. Be prepared for a significant investment, as even poorly rolled HoWA gloves command a high price in multiple Divines.

How to Obtain a Breachstone in PoE 2

There are two methods for acquiring a Breachstone:

Unfortunately, no. The Hand of Wisdom and Action is a unique drop exclusive to Xesht, not part of the standard loot pool (unlike items such as Astramentis, Headhunter, or Polcirkeln). Therefore, using an Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps will not yield this specific item.
