Key Program Terms:

• Participant: Any individual, 14 years or older (with legal capacity for minor transactions in Kazakhstan), possessing a Kazakhstani individual identification number, registered within the program.
• Participant Questionnaire: Information provided upon registration, granting Royal Petrol consent to process personal data (as per Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013) via email, messaging apps, SMS, phone, mail, and automated systems. This consent is revocable in writing.
• Virtual Card: An electronic card within the mobile app.
