To ensure a smooth connection process, make sure you have the correct login details for your Wi-Fi network readily available.

For any challenges you might encounter, the "Need Help" section within the app provides detailed guidance to resolve issues while connecting your Remote VCI.

For scenarios requiring a highly stable connection, such as complete software flashing of control units, we recommend using a LAN cable to connect your VCI to the internet instead of relying on Wi-Fi.
