To use the service, passengers must display their electronic travel ticket on their smartphone screen to transport inspectors or drivers for fare verification. The e-ticket remains valid until arrival at the final destination and can be accessed under the "Valid Tickets" section of the app. Previously used tickets are stored in the "Travel Details" section for easy reference.

There are several reasons why a payment from your phone balance may fail:

• Your number is registered under a corporate account
• A previous trust payment has not been settled
• No balance top-up has occurred since acquiring the number
• The initial activation balance has not been fully utilized
• The SIM card was replaced within 24 hours of attempting the payment

Passengers can open a virtual transport card for free directly through the app. Standard and student virtual transit cards can be registered via self-service. For other types of discounted virtual cards, users must visit an SMSBUS office with the necessary supporting documents.

The virtual transport card can be recharged using your card number directly in this app or through compatible banking apps such as Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank (Homebank), and more.

System Permissions Used

1. Camera – Required for scanning QR codes and using the QR scan feature within the app.
2. Location – Ensures accurate city/town map display, automatically detects buses for simplified fare payment (using GPS location of both passenger and bus), and allows route planning from the user’s current position to their destination. Users can input locations either via the map or by typing addresses. The routing algorithm also accounts for transfers, enhancing navigation convenience.
