This game is a third-person (and FPS) city simulator where you drive cars and motorbikes. Become a street legend and fight crime in a city reminiscent of Miami or Las Vegas, but actually set in New York. The story follows an anti-car thief in a dangerous urban environment.

Explore a crime-ridden city teeming with gangs and aggressive factions. Become a symbol of law and order, or descend into the city as a force of destruction. Buy items in the shop to help complete missions and liberate the city from the clutches of the mafia.

You possess special powers: shoot laser beams from your eyes, use a grappling hook to climb buildings, and utilize super-human strength. But don't underestimate the police – they're on the side of justice.

Missions take place in various locations, from city streets to Chinatown and other gang territories. You're on a secret mission to steal vital information about enemies, army bases, rebels, and the underworld mafia. You'll battle star mafia gangsters from America, Russia, China, Mexico, Japan, and more. The game features a fully open-world environment.
