CTM Buddy

CTMBuddy, a mobile application designed for CTM customers, provides comprehensive mobile management tools. Key features include real-time monitoring of mobile data, service usage, and CTM Wi-Fi consumption. Users can conveniently manage their accounts, including bill viewing and payment. The app also integrates with the CTM Bonus Points Scheme, offering access to point balances, expiry dates, available rewards, and redemption options. Streamlined online applications for mobile, internet, and data roaming services are readily available.

The app further enhances user experience with "TicketEasy," enabling users to track the status of tickets at CTM stores. Additional functionalities include CTM Wi-Fi auto-configuration, phone and equipment maintenance status checks, detailed information on IDD, local numbers, and data roaming plans, and CTM store locators.

For activated accounts, CTMBuddy unlocks enhanced features. Postpaid customers gain access to usage tracking and QR code bill payments, while prepaid users can view remaining usage and expiry dates. Online application submission, CTM membership verification, rewards program access, and CTM Wi-Fi password reset/resend options are also included.
