As part of the government's commitment to easing financial pressures caused by fuel price deregulation and electricity/water costs, and in line with Council of Ministers directives, this system provides support to qualifying Omani citizens meeting specific government criteria.

The comprehensive support framework encompasses all eligible Omani nationals through a unified platform. Serving as a one-stop solution, it offers streamlined access mechanisms ensuring equal participation opportunities for all qualifying citizens.
